Mid-century silkscreen print by Barry Biddle, depicting a dynamic pyramid of African wildlife silhouetted against a rising red sun. Barry Biddle was an American modern-artist and printmaker, best known for his bold graphic silkscreens and mid-century stylized animal and nature compositions. Working through the 1960s and 1970s, Biddle built a reputation for vibrant, rhythmic art that balanced playful subject matter with strong design structure. In the mid-1970s, he and his partner founded and operated two galleries in Kansas City, Missouri: Serigraphix 1 and Serigraphix 2 - the first being featured on the cover of Decor Magazine in July 1975.
Condition
Frame has light scuffs and signs of wear. Print and matting are excellent. See photos for more details.

Item pickup is Wednesday, November 5th from 3 - 7pm in Overland Park, KS. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
