Baldwin Hamilton Model H396 baby grand piano with bench (Retailed for $5500). Also includes a Pianoforce Performance B player, which is a professional-grade computer controlled playing system that allows the piano to play itself. Player system can be connected to wifi devices and hundred of albums can be accessed. System retailed for $1450.
Some piano books and cleaning accessories included. Four feet/floor protectors included.

Condition
Very good condition. White scuff mark (where it most likely rubbed against a painted wall) present on one edge of the piano near the front on curved part about 1 cm in length.
Piano was tuned approximately 18 months ago (local company info provided in paperwork found in piano bench).
**New remote to Pianoforce Performance B player has been ordered and is being delivered from Sedalia, MO prior to the pick-up date**

Item pickup for St. Louis residents is Wednesday, January 21st from 2pm to 6pm in Creve Coeur, MO 63141. Item pickup for Kansas City residents is Thursday, January 22nd from 2pm to 6pm in Shawnee, KS 66203. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
