This piece of decor is also a part of Kansas City Chiefs History. It is an authentic piece of the AstroTurf playing field from Arrowhead Stadium that was installed in 1984 and was in place for ten years through the 1993 playing season. The last game that was played on this surface was a spectacular overtime playoff victory over the Steelers. Football legends who played on this field include Troy Aikman, Marcus Allen, John Elway, Dan Marino, Joe Montana, Barry Sanders and more. There is a note on the back from Lamar Hunt dated August 2, 1994 with additional details.

Item pickup is Tuesday, March 17th from 11am to 6pm in Olathe, KS 66061. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
