Antique dual-sided fraternal ribbon from the Knights of Pythias, New Era Lodge No. 40 in Kansas City, Missouri. The colorful front features silk panels in blue, yellow, and red with U.S. flags, the Pythian crest, and the order’s motto “F C B” (Friendship, Charity, Benevolence). The reverse side is a black memorial ribbon reading “In Memoriam” with silver lettering, intended for funerals and lodge mourning ceremonies. Finished with gilt fringe and a decorative brass hanger.
Estimated age: late 19th to early 20th century (c. 1880–1920). A well-preserved example of American fraternal organization regalia with strong Kansas City lodge history.
