Charming antique hand-carved and painted wooden equestrian figure, likely Philippines or Spanish Colonial, circa late 19th to early 20th century. The figure depicts a man riding a horse, carved from a single piece of wood with simple yet expressive features and traces of original polychrome paint. An evocative piece of colonial folk art.
Dimensions: 6.5" H x 4" W.
