Antique dining table with carved wood base and extension leaves. Features a decorative inlaid top. Hardware shows "Patent Pending B&C Slide Co., Brooklyn, New York" inscription on metal plate of the mechanism that extends both forward and backward from where you would sit. The table manufacturer itself is unknown.
Dimensions: 29.75" H x 59.5" W x 23.75" D or 36.25" D (with both sides extended).
Good condition overall. Some wear consistent with age and use, including minor scratches and imperfections to the finish. The extension mechanism is functional but a two-person job. The drawer on the front of the table doesn't slide smoothly but can be pulled out.
There is a loose piece with matching screws that has fallen off the underside of the center table piece. You can see where it used to fit by the coloration and the screw holes, but they are threaded and don't hold the piece in place. The table still extends and pulls in properly without the piece in place. If attached, it should add more stability, but wider screws or wood glue are recommended. See photos for more condition details.
