An antique cherry bergere marquise with swans head arms and a row of stars decorating the base. Down fill seat cushion, dressed in historic "La Chasse a Rouen" upholstery fabric designed by Horace Vernet circa 1830-1845.

Condition
Missing one star decoration at the back base of the chair. There is a small tear to the inner arm upholstery below the surface of the seat cushion (completely hidden by the cushion).
